About QIP

Quality Influential Professionals (QIP) was founded in 2004, formerly known as the Learning Circle. QIP became independently orchestrated by sixty-five providers that network monthly to deliver shared resources, trainings, and assisting providers in maintaining a high-quality program through regulations, professionalism, and updates in the ECE industry. QIP is currently providing support for licensed family and group child care and unlicensed providers in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
